Russell Winter

Russell Winter is an Associate Partner with LMI-Riverside. Russ is a Sr. HR professional who specializes in partnering with management to improve employee engagement and generate PEP (Productivity and Excellence through People) within an organization. He focused the early part of his career in the quantitative disciplines of financial, statistical, actuarial and investment analysis, later transitioning into the qualitative disciplines surrounding Human Capital Management and Organizational Performance.

In addition to an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Western Illinois University, Russ has an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.  Additionally he has professional certifications in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Transition Management, Human Performance and Organizational Effectiveness, Six Sigma Green Belt, and SPHR - Senior Professional in Human Resources.
