Patrick Below is president of a management consulting firm founded in 1970. His firm specializes in working with CEOs of small and medium-sized companies in strategic and operational planning. He is also one of the three principals in the Planning Process Group, a national firm of business planning consultants. He received his B.E.E. degree from Marquette University and his M.B.A. degree from Indiana University.

Patrick's management experience includes eight years in the areas of manufacturing, sales and marketing, and computer systems with General Electric Company and American Can Company. He has also spent ten years as an international business consultant working with companies in Trinidad.

Patrick has been a LMI Franchisee since 1972. He is coauthor of the Executive Guide to Strategic Planning and the Executive Guide to Operational Planning. He is currently working on a new book.

Larry Cole is a pioneer on measuring behavior change to improve the efficiency of the working relationships that determine the success of every organization. Larry is a consultant, author and professional speaker. He is founder and president of TeamMax, Inc, a leadership consulting firm specializing in maximizing people's potential. He is co-founder of PeopleSystems SoftWare, Inc. which is providing innovative software solutions to maximize human potential including MBC Software that is revolutionizing the measurement of behavior in corporate communities. He has written four books and over 50 articles. His most recent book, People-$mart Leaders: Maximize People, Performance and Profits is co-authored with his son, Michael, who is a research associate and lecturer at St. Galen University in St. Galen, Switzerland. He is currently writing Enthusiasm From The Inside Out.

Larry is a member of the National Speakers Association and is recognized nationally for championing the concept that "frustration is your best friend." He is on the faculty of the Veteran Benefit's Academy Leadership Program and the University of Central Arkansas' Community Development Institute. He is on the graduate faculty of Webster University. Larry has a Ph. D. in psychology from the University of Oklahoma.

Paul Hindelang is a manufacturing consultant, quality engineer, and productivity/leadership trainer serving the automotive companies and their suppliers. Prior to starting his LMI Franchise, Results Systems Corporation in 1983, Paul served as a systems engineer for quality and environmental systems and owned a printing company and an awards manufacturing firm.

Paul has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a M.S.A. in Human Resources from Central Michigan University. He is involved in the ESD, ASQ, APICS, and the Troy Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Paul is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, a Certified Quality Auditor, a Certified Mechanical Inspector, a Certified Reliability Engineer, a Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Technician and Certified Program Facilitator. He is also APICS certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Integrated Resource Management (CIRM), an ISO9000 Lead Auditor (RAB IATCA Sr. Auditor #QI04940), and has been approved for QS-9000 Auditing by the Automotive Industry Action Group.

Richard J. Hohmann, Jr. is the Vice President/Partner of Innovative Leadership, a partner of LMI for more than seven years. Richard is a seasoned professional with extensive business and coaching experience. Richard is a graduate of Ohio State University and has held various management positions including President/CEO and his work experience also includes both Fortune 500 and small business environments.

His company integrates business consultation, training and development, and coaching to provide performance improvement through people development and organizational effectiveness. Richard is a certified Corporate Coach specializing in executive, performance and small business owners. He is a member of the International Coaches Federation, ASTD, Tri-State Human Resource Management Group, and the Southern Shore Human Resource Management Group of New Jersey. Richard has been a keynote speaker in the healthcare arena and has made guest appearances on television and radio.

Edwards A. Holliday is the founder and president of Maryland Leadership Group, established in 1989 and based in Columbia, MD. Alan Hutsinpiller joined LMI in 1990 while he was employed as the District Manager of a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. Alan feels very fortunate to have had the discretionary authority and opportunity to apply the LMI Process towards his operation for four years that had a sixty million dollar budget, and had the ability to report and experience first hand the significant measured results.

Alan is an Air Force Veteran, who has an engineering background and is a certified Total Quality Manager and Facilitator. Early in Alan's career, he served as a Union Officer and has sat on both sides during contract negotiations.

In 1995, Alan transitioned into being a full-time LMI Franchise Partner on the Central Coast of California. In 1999, Alan moved to the quiet and rural city of Gold Hill, Oregon where his home is nestled on the banks of the scenic Rogue River. Today his business is recognized as LMI of the Rogue Valley. John Kieffer has dedicated his life to helping others grow and prosper. He spent fourteen years as a teacher and coach in the Ohio public school system mentoring the success of athletes in football and track. John began his LMI career in October 1985. Richard S. Lewine is founder and President of Achievement Alliance Corporation. Prior to

beginning his LMI career in 1977, Rich was the owner of three successful manufacturing and distribution businesses, now bringing over 40 years of experience, education and training to his work with his clients. As a manufacturer representative in the textile industry, Rich generated $6 million annually in sales for four consecutive years, the largest industry producer of revenue in the Delaware Valley region.

Rich works with chief executives and senior level managers to develop leadership skills and turn organizational losses into profits. An authority in performance-based, results-oriented, strategic organization development, Rich has conceived and implemented many successful processes and forums designed to support top level executives, CEO's, and COO's.

Rich is the creator of GoalTrakPV, a PC based strategic goals management system and is now in the testing phase of GoalTrakEV, an enterprise version to be offered as a Web based system. Rich has published several articles in the field of Organization Development. He co-authored "Make It Happen: The Technology of Organizational Goal Setting." His quarterly e-mail, GoaLine newsletter, has received glowing reviews. Rich has been featured on a major Philadelphia radio station and served on the Board of Directors of a well known Philadelphia based insurance agency. Rich is an amateur sculptor, a closet techie who prefers alternative computer operating systems, and an avid walker. He was a founding member of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the International Society for Performance and Instruction.

Boyd Ober has learned and established many leadership capabilities that he has used to help people accomplish their personal and business goals. Boyd's unique combination of analytical, sales, marketing, and general management skills uniquely help bring together the leadership development process to heighten productivity for internal and remote associates. Leadership Resources earned the Progressive Franchise of the Year Award for 2003 under his leadership. Boyd is an active member of the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce Leadership Council. He is also very involved in his church with the Faith Building Leadership team and teaching Sunday school. Boyd has a Masters of Science in Economics and Bachelors of Science. He and his wife, Megan, have been married 19 years, and have three children: Matt, Madison, and Alex.

Allen Raffetto has a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology, with emphasis in cognitive processes, statistics, and psychometrics. Psychometrics is the branch of psychology that deals with administration and interpretation of quantitative tests for the measurement of psychological variables such as intelligence, aptitude, and personality traits. He is under contract with LMI in addition to running his own LMI assessment business. He is the host / moderator of the Assessments tele-training series, assists in assessments certification and works on special projects with LMI where his background proves valuable. He earned a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University, a M.A. at San Francisco University, and a Ph.D. at the University of North Dakota . He taught at several universities and was chairman of the Psychology Department at Beloit College. He has over thirty years of business experience emphasizing assessments, cognitive processes and job-related behaviors. Al has been a LMI Franchisee since 1998. He has been a member of the American Psychological Association and Sigma XI, a Scientific Society.

His wife, Nancy, has her Ph.D. in Zoology and recently retired from an academic / staff position in the Zoology Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Al and Nancy have been married over thirty-five years, have a daughter, Marie, son-in-law Dave and grandchildren, Dominic and Genevieve. They enjoy many outdoor activities and are spending more time traveling the United States.

Mike Weaver became an LMI Franchisee in 1972 and four years later was recognized as the LMI Franchise of the Year. Mikeŭs organization, Achievement Associates, Inc., is based in three locations; Bucks County, Pennsylvania (in the Philadelphia-New York City corridor), St. Louis, and The Carolinas. The firm has served over 400 clients across the United States and in Canada. Well over 80% have been repeat clients.

Mike's firm has been heavily involved in the use of the entire Teleometrics product line for over twenty-five years. The firm's Teleometrics-based work emphasizes an extensive leadership culture change process called "The Achieving Manager Experience." Mike introduced Teleometrics to LMI in 2001.

Mike holds both engineering and business degrees at the masters level and is a registered professional engineer. He is also a graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces Mike served in the United States Air Force, on active duty and as a reservist, and his career, before entering the training and development field with LMI, included engineering and management positions in aircraft operations, rotary wing flight test, and systems engineering.

Mike is co-founder and charter member of Catalyst, a national organization dedicated to furthering the state-of-the-art in training and development. Mike is included in Who's Who in The United States and a variety of other reference publications.

Marc Wey has been a franchise partner for thirteen years. A native of Switzerland, Marc earned a law degree from the University of Geneva. He joined the world's largest grain trading company at its overseas headquarters, working in Geneva and eventually transferring to Brazil.

In 1981 he moved to Boston, Massachusetts, where he joined a manufacturing company and reached the position of worldwide sales and marketing manager. Although Marc was experiencing success in his carreer, he knew he wanted to become his own boss.

Marc began pursuing owning a business of his own and chose to open an LMI franchise, Management Tools & Resources, in 1992. He chose LMI because of the broad spectrum of quality products they offer and the flexibility they give him to tailor his work to the markets which he serves.

When asked what he finds most rewarding about his LMI business, Marc replied, "Making a difference in my clients' lives through the LMI Process and having the flexibility to work hard and then take a few days off when the family situation allows."

Marc is a member of the LMI President's Club. He and his wife, Jonatha, have been married seven years.
