Richard S. Lewine
Richard S. Lewine is founder and President of Achievement Alliance Corporation. Prior to starting AAC in 1977, he was the owner of 3 successful manufacturing and distribution businesses, now bringing over 40 years of experience, education and training to his work with his clients. As a manufacturers representative in the textile industry, Mr. Lewine generated $6 Million annually in sales for four consecutive years, the largest industry producer of revenue in the Delaware Valley region.
His unique competence working with chief executives and senor level management in developing leadership skills is reflected in turning losses to 6 figure profits within 7 months for one client; the sale of a client organization to a Fortune 100 company after supporting the tripling of revenues in 2 years and contributing to the growth of a privately held, 100 person meeting planning company into a national, 500 person organization. Many other client organizations have realized similar, significant improvement in results.
An authority in performance-based, results-oriented, strategic organization development, Mr. Lewine conceived and implemented "The Organizational Goals Sessions", a 4-day retreat for an organization's top level executives; "The Presidents Alliance", a forum in which CEO's and COO's support and learn from each other; "Vision Building," a process of articulating a realistic, future based organizational picture; "Organization Strategy Formulation Sessions," designed to formulate Vision supporting strategy; "Goaltec", the technology of goal setting; and "TOPASTM" - The Objective Performance Appraisal System".
As a natural evolution of his work Mr. Lewine created GoalTrak™PV, a PC based, strategic goals management system. GoalTrak™EV, Enterprise Version including a Performance Management system, is now available as "Software as a Service" on the Web, as is GoalTrak™CV a coaching/mentoring version.
Mr. Lewine has published several articles in the field of Organization Development. He co-authored "Make It Happen!", the Technology of Organizational Goal Setting. His quarterly e-mail GoaLineTMnewsletter received glowing reviews. Richard has been featured on a major Philadelphia radio station and served on the Board of Directors of a well known, Philadelphia based insurance agency. Richard is an amateur sculptor, a closet techie who prefers Alternative computer operating systems and an avid walker. He was a founding member of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the International Society for Performance and Instruction. Richard volunteers with People Against Recidivism (PAR), at SCI-Graterford, a maximum security prison in Eastern PA.
