Mike is founder and Chief Sales Officer, at Sales Kitchen, a sales leadership, coaching and consulting company. He has managed, coached or trained more than 1,100 sales professionals and earned numerous awards for leadership, sales achievement and for being a difference maker.

Mike brings to LMI two and a half decades of successful selling, marketing and sales management experience. He has worked for two regional and four national firms achieving increasing levels of responsibility as well as developing innovative ways to grow the business. Mike joined the Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce in 2009, and has been a member of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce since 2008. In Naperville, he is the 2010 Programming Chair for the Chamber's Business Advisory Committee, is a member of the Speakers Bureau, is very active on the Ambassadors Committee and was selected 2009 Rookie Ambassador of the Year. Mike earned both his BS in Marketing and MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, and recently received certification as Six Sigma Green Belt. He has been a guest lecturer at Naperville Central High School, Chicago-Kent College of Law, and Harvard University. He is a frequent speaker on sales topics to associations, companies and professionals who are passionate about cooking up solutions to maximize their sales potential.
